My room was very cozy, but the parking was a bit of a hassle.

I was utterly disappointed with my stay. My small room was dark and stuffy from roof scaffolding-the view was just sad windows. Not to mention, i expected a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience but clearly that's too much to ask. I almost thought to leave a good review but just couldn't. Quite a letdown, honestly.

It was adjacent to Easy to talk to as well as town centre, particularly good and perfect location overall. The stuff was HELPFUL, very caring all the time.

Nothing to complain about, thank you very much for a really lovely stay. The staff is affable here, the services are admirable, and location is excellent near to centre. Adequate spotless rooms, they are provided with nice view. Overall outstanding food, plus there is Sir Norman's Theatre Bar close by.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

Ask for a room away from scaffolding for better daylight and airflow during your stay.

Just had a lovely stay! The Small Double Room was comfy and clean. The breakfast choices were awesome. A central spot made exploring a breeze. Only hiccup was finding parking at times. Highly recommend for a short getaway in Douglas!

perfectly central for exploring douglas attractions and parks
My stay was enjoyable, with the warm hospitality from Celine and her family leaving a lasting impression, and the full English breakfast served across the road at the Island Hotel was a delicious start to each day, fueling my walks to nearby Nobles Park, just an easy 1 km stroll away, and Douglas Bay, only around 800 meters away, perfect for taking in the fine views while walking through this charming city.

great hospitality but some minor hiccups
The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when we arrived early by yacht. They quickly prepared a room for us at 12pm, greatly appreciated. The taxi service they arranged for our early morning departure was also seamless. The breakfast options were satisfying and set a positive tone for the day.
The location is central yet finding parking at times proved to be a little challenging.

The accommodation offers a decent size room with an electric kettle, tea, coffee, and biscuits. Perfect for a cozy night in after exploring. The full English breakfast was great and filling, a solid way to kick off a day in town.
Unfortunately, my small double room was marred by a lack of a sea view-just a bunch of surrounding building windows, made the curtains a necessity. I also found the bathroom quite cramped, and my room was up several flights of stairs, which could be a concern for those not in peak shape.
